Terms and Conditions of Entry

 

• An organisation or individual may enter only two categories. (E.g. an organisation could enter Innovation and Customer Care and individuals at that organisation could enter Business Person or Apprentice of the Year.) Each entry must be treated separately with copies of supporting material enclosed with each.

• All entries must be located in Havering other than the London Digital Innovation Award.

• All entries must be accompanied by a completed and signed entry form.

• The decision of the judges is final and judges at their absolute discretion reserve the right to exclude applicants should information arise following submission of their application which would in the judges’ view mean that they fail to meet the high standards required of applicants for the Awards.

• Entries and accompanying material will not be returned.

• Completed entry forms must be signed by the company representative responsible for submitting the entry.

• The judges will not enter into any correspondence outside the formal judging process.

• The closing date for entries is 24 June 2016. No entries will be accepted after this date. • Receipt of your entry will be acknowledged.

• Information received will be treated in the strictest confidence.

• Category sifting commences 27 June and arrangements will be made for judges to visit successful applicants w/c 11 July. Finalists will be announced to the media, 29 July 2016.

• As a finalist you will receive two complimentary tickets to the Awards Ceremony.

• As a finalist your Company logo will be required for publicity purposes.

• The winner of each category will be announced at the Awards Ceremony on 7 October 2016 at CEME Conference Centre Marsh Way, Rainham RM13 8EU.
